  • 1-hour of discussion and education on how and why and specialised yoga can support women’s health. We’ll look at the physiology of the female reproductive cycle from both a Western and Chinese medicine perspective, physiology and the Yin and Yang of our cycle phases with Q&A discussion.

  • This is for any woman trying to conceive or looking to balance your hormones and menstrual cycles. This course is designed to empower you with an understanding of your body’s natural phases and how we can support both a conscious conception and an ART / IVF cycle. After my own experiences my mission is to not only share tools to bolster fertility, but also to support women's self worth, sexual health, mental health and relationships in the process.

    Whether you’re not ready to try yet or you’re postpartum and considering another, you’ll come away with tools to prepare and optimise your future fertility.

  • This workshop brings together tantra and Chinese Medicine techniques not commonly taught in group yoga classes. I’m confident you’ll take away new information and see your vitality in a new light.

  • Great! This course is first and foremost about feminine vitality. All these self-care practices and remedies will benefit your overall health. Self awareness and self care is always of benefit, no matter the stage of life. It’s optimal to practice preconception care 3-6 months before we try conceiving, the sooner you start conscious care the better!

  • Only if you want to. You can come and be present without sharing anything. Nothing is required on your part other than to show up and we connect simply through this shared intention. It will be a confidential, safe and respectful space with an opportunity for questions and conversation, but no obligations.
